Let's get fancy! Pink, bubbly and oh-so dainty, this sparkling rosé French 75 is the cocktail you need when a special occasion calls. Whether you're celebrating Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day or even a random get-together with friends, this rosé cocktail is the perfect elegant sipper.

1.5 ounces London dry gin
.75 ounce simple syrup, homemade or store-bought (see note)
1/2 lemon, juiced
Sparkling rosé for topping
Lemon twist, for garnish, optional

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add the gin, simple syrup, lemon juice and a handful of ice. Pop on the top and shake until cold, about 15-30 seconds.
  2. Strain into a Champagne flute. Top with sparkling rosé. Twist a strip of lemon peel over the drink to make a lemon twist and garnish on the side of the drink. Enjoy!

  • If making your own simple syrup, bring 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar to a high simmer on the stove in a small saucepan, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Once the mixture simmers and the sugar dissolves, remove from heat. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. This can be done well in advance and will keep for several weeks.
