AIR FRYER FINGERLING POTATOES

For an easy side dish the whole family is guaranteed to love, these air fryer fingerling potatoes are perfect — crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.

Ingredients

Fingerling potatoes Olive oil Garlic powder Dried rosemary Dried thyme Smoked paprika Salt Black pepper

Wash the potatoes and cut them in half length-wise. Dry them well, You want to remove as much moisture as possible to get that crisp skin.

1

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried rosemary, dried thyme, smoked paprika, salt and black pepper.

2

To air fry the potatoes, add them in a single layer to a 400-degree F air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes. If you have a basket-style air fryer, that works too. Just keep them in an even layer.

3

Stir the potatoes. Cook for another five to eight minutes. The potatoes are done when a fork can easily pierce the flesh. Serve while hot.

4

You'll just love these potatoes, and they go with just about any dinner dish you can imagine. Enjoy!
