Lay a large piece of plastic wrap on the counter. In the center, spoon the cheese mixture into a rough ball shape. It doesn't need to be perfect at this point.

Wrap the cheese in the plastic and shape into a ball with your hands. Refrigerate for a few hours and then roll in toasted pecans before serving.
