Macaroni Mayonnaise Basil, chives & parsley Garlic Lemon juice Dijon mustard Honey Hard-boiled eggs Celery Red onion Bacon
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to help cool the pasta.
In a food processor, add the mayonnaise, basil leaves, parsley leaves, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, chives, honey, salt and pepper.
Now give the food processor a whirl and blend until smooth like so. This is our herbed dressing, and you can use it in other salad recipes as well. It's so good!
Add macaroni to a mixing bowl and pour dressing on top. Add the hard-boiled eggs, celery, red onion and cooked bacon. Stir together. Refrigerate for a few hours to chill and serve.
