BAILEYS IRISH COFFEE MARTINI

Ingredients

Espresso powder  Sugar Cold-brew coffee Irish whiskey Baileys Irish Cream Simple syrup Ice

Dip the glass rim into a water and simple syrup mixture to moisten and then swirl the rim of the glass in the espresso powder and sugar.

In a cocktail shaker, add the cold-brew coffee, Irish whiskey, Baileys Irish Cream, simple syrup and ice.

Secure the top on the cocktail shaker. Using two hands, shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-30 seconds.
