BLOOD ORANGE MOSCOW MULE

Let’s give a favorite classic cocktail an extra jolt of citrus with this fresh blood orange Moscow mule, mixed with fresh blood orange and lime juices and topped with a citrusy ginger beer.

Ingredients

Vodka Blood orange juice Lime juice Blood orange ginger beer Note: You can substitute blood orange ginger beer for regular ginger beer — simply add another ounce of blood orange juice.

Add the vodka, fresh blood orange juice, fresh lime juice and a handful of ice to the copper mug to mix.

Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture until chilled, about 15-20 seconds. You'll notice condensation build as you stir and chill the mixture.

Top with blood orange ginger beer. Gently stir to combine. To keep your drink extra refreshing, try to chill the ginger beer before mixing.

For an extra pretty touch, garnish with a slice of blood orange on the rim of your serving glass like so.
