In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and baking powder. Set aside.
Whisk together sugars and then the eggs, vegetable oil, whole milk, bourbon, maple extract and vanilla extract. Stir in the mashed bananas.
Add a few spoonfuls of the flour mixture to the wet mixture and stir to combine. Repeat in batches.
Now we stir in some chopped toffee. While this is optional, you'll just love how the toffee pairs with the bourbon.
With our batter prepared, we pour it into greased pans and then bake the bread until a toothpick comes out clean.
