BOURBON BANANA BREAD

You'll love this boozy touch on classic banana bread! The bourbon adds a wonderful depth of flavor. You'll never need another banana bread recipe!

Ingredients

Flour Baking soda, baking powder & salt Cinnamon White sugar Dark brown sugar Eggs Vegetable oil Milk Bourbon Maple extract Vanilla extract Mashed bananas Chopped toffee

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and baking powder. Set aside.

Whisk together sugars and then the  eggs, vegetable oil, whole milk, bourbon, maple extract and vanilla extract. Stir in the mashed bananas.

Add a few spoonfuls of the flour mixture to the wet mixture and stir to combine. Repeat in batches.

Now we stir in some chopped toffee. While this is optional, you'll just love how the toffee pairs with the bourbon.

With our batter prepared, we pour it into greased pans and then bake the bread until a toothpick comes out clean.
