Whisk together sugars and then the eggs, vegetable oil, whole milk, bourbon, maple extract and vanilla extract. Stir in the mashed bananas.

Add a few spoonfuls of the flour mixture to the wet mixture and stir to combine. Repeat in batches.

Now we stir in some chopped toffee. While this is optional, I just love how the toffee pairs with the bourbon.

With our batter prepared, we pour it into greased pans and then bake the bread until a toothpick comes out clean.
