Add the orange juice, lime juice and pitted cherries to a copper mug and muddle until the cherries break down. Add mint leaves and lightly muddle.
1
With the cherries and mint perfectly muddled, we're ready to add the bourbon. You can use regular bourbon or my recipe for a fabulous cherry-infused bourbon.
2
Add a handful of ice and stir until the surface of the copper mug turns nice and icy, about 15-30 seconds.
3
Top with chilled ginger beer and gently stir to combine. If desired, garnish with an orange twist, mint sprig and more cherries.
