Add the chocolate sauce and grated chocolate to two small separate plates. Dip the rim of the martini glass into the chocolate sauce and then swirl it in the grated chocolate.
In a cocktail shaker, add the raspberry vodka, chocolate liqueur, white crème de cacao, Chambord, heavy cream, cocoa bitters and a handful of ice.
Put the cap on top of the cocktail shaker to seal it. Shake the drink vigorously for about 30 seconds.
Remove the cap from the cocktail shaker once it's chilled and mixed well. Strain into the chocolate-rimmed martini glass.
