Ingredients Mango Habanero peppers Lime juice Red onion Fresh ginger Chopped cilantro Salt
Place chopped mango pieces in a food processor. Blend until the mango reaches your desired salsa consistency.
Spoon the blended mango to a large mixing bowl. Add the habanero pepper, lime juice, red onion, grated fresh ginger, cilantro and salt.
Stir together the ingredients. Keep in an airtight container and chill until serving time. This gives the flavors time to meld, though you could serve it right away.
