Everyone’s favorite summer drink is about to get even more refreshing with a big pitcher of this mango lemonade, made with real mango purée and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Water White sugar Freshly squeezed lemon juice Mango chunks Citrus juicer Blender Small saucepan Large pitcher
In a small saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil. Stir every so often to help dissolve the sugar. Once the sugar dissolves, turn off the heat and reserve. This is the simple syrup.
Add the mango chunks and water to aa blender. Process the mixture until the mango turns into a smooth fruit purée.
Pour the lemon juice, mango purée simple syrup and water into a pitcher. Stir well to combine. Cover and refrigerate.
When only the most refreshing drink will do, make a pitcher of this mango lemonade. With that tropical twist, it’s your perfect summer drink.
