In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise with a hand beater until smooth.
Stir in the garlic, smoked cheddar, Hatch green chiles, artichoke hearts and ground cumin to make one cohesive mixture like so.
Spoon the dip into a 1-quart baking dish. Sprinkle the top with more smoked cheddar and bake until hot and bubbly. Serve with toasted bread or your favorite dippers.
