Hot Green Chile Dip

We add softened cream cheese, sour cream and mayo to a large mixing bowl. Make sure you soften the cream cheese first for proper mixing.

Beat the ingredients until nice and smooth. I like to use a hand mixer, but you could also simply combine with a study spoon.

Now we add in the green chiles, cheddar, garlic, cumin and artichokes to the cream cheese base mixture.

We stir in the mix-ins with the cream cheese base until it becomes one cohesive mixture like so. A study spoon works fine here.

We spoon the dip into a small 1-quart baking dish and pop into the oven until it's hot and bubbly, about 20 minutes.

If you're inclined, garnish with fresh cilantro (or not!) and grab some bread, chips or veggies and dig in.

I am in love with this recipe. Freshly roasted chilies in the dip is just the right thing! It was a great hit when I made it over the weekend.
