Wrap the tortillas tightly in foil. Place in a 350-degree oven for 10 minutes to warm. Remove after 10 minutes. The foil will keep the tortillas warm.
Now we're ready to start on the lobster filling. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in chili powder.
Add the cooked lobster to the skillet. Stir to coat. Cook until the lobster heats through. Sprinkle lime juice on top. Add to tortillas with toppings.
