PAINKILLER COCKTAIL

Let's pretend we're on a tropical getaway with this Painkiller cocktail in hand! This drink is like vacation in a glass.

Ingredients

Pineapple juice Dark rum Orange juice Cream of coconut Ice Freshly grated nutmeg Other tropical garnishes

To make the Painkiller, add the pineapple juice, rum, orange juice, cream of coconut and a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker.

1

Place the top on the cocktail shaker and make sure it's secure to prevent the drink from leaking. Shake vigorously for 15-30 seconds.

2

Remove the top from the cocktail shaker. Strain the drink into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.

3

Garnish the drink with freshly grated nutmeg. You can also add pineapple leaves and fresh fruit chunks — feel free to get creative with your garnishes!

When the beach comes calling, I hope you make this tropical Painkiller cocktail. After the first sip, you'll fall in love with all those tropical flavors.
