For a shaken daiquiri, add the peach purée, white rum, lime juice, simple syrup and a handful of cubed ice to a cocktail shaker.
Put on the cocktail shaker top. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds to properly chill and mix the daiquiri.
Strain the shaken drink into chilled martini or coupe glass. If desired, garnish with a fresh peach slice. Enjoy!
