PULL-APART BRISKET SLIDERS

When you need an easy party appetizer that’s perfect for game day, you’ll turn to these pull-apart brisket sliders every time.

Brisket Slider Ingredients

Slider rolls Shredded or chopped brisket Smoked cheddar BBQ sauce Melted butter

Leaving the rolls intact, slice the slider buns in half if they're not already sliced. Place the bottom halves of the sliders in a baking dish.

For the filling, spread the brisket on top of the sliced slider buns. Sprinkle with the grated smoked cheddar cheese.

Spread the BBQ sauce onn the top half of the slider buns. Place the bun tops on the sliders. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake.

After the brisket is warmed through and the smoked cheddar melts, remove the sliders from the oven and brush the buns with melted butter.
