Shrimp Avocado pasta

This shrimp avocado pasta features a spicy avocado sauce to give it a Tex-Mex kick. It's super quick to make and couldn't be easier. You'll love this pasta.

Ingredients

Fettuccine Avocados Garlic Olive oil Cilantro Cumin, cayenne & paprika Salt & pepper Lime Shrimp

Add the avocado, garlic cloves, olive oil, cilantro and spices to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.

Toss the avocado sauce on cooked pasta. You might find it's helpful to add hot pasta water to the sauce if it needs a little thinning, so reserve water when straining the pasta.

Toss the shrimp with olive oil, salt, pepper and chili powder and roast until cooked. Pour in some tequila into the pan after roasting and serve on the pasta.
