SPARKLING ROSE FRENCH 75

Pink, bubbly and oh-so dainty, this sparkling rosé French 75 is the cocktail you need when a special occasion calls, whether you're celebrating Valentine's Day, Easter or Mother's Day.

Ingredients

London dry gin Simple syrup Fresh lemon juice Ice cubes Chilled sparkling rosé wine Lemon twist (optional)

In a cocktail shaker, add the gin, simple syrup, lemon juice and a handful of ice. Save the sparkling rosé wine for now.

1

Secure the cocktail shaker top on the base of the unit. Using two hands, shake vigorously for 15-30 seconds.

2

Remove the cocktail shaker top. Strain the chilled gin mixture into a Champagne flute. Top with sparkling rosé.

3

For the perfect finishing touch, place a lemon twist on the rim of your Champagne flute. This adds a nice fragrance with every sip.

4

When only the most elegant cocktail will do, try this sparkling rosé French 75. No matter the occasion, this bubbly cocktail always impresses.
