SPICED ORANGE TRES LECHES CAKE

Ingredients

Sweetened condensed milk Evaporated milk Heavy cream Orange Cinnamon Nutmeg Cloves Flour Baking powder Salt Eggs Sugar Vanilla Cream of tartar Whole milk

Stir in the milk into the yolks. Add half of the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Repeat with the second half of dry ingredients. Gently fold in egg whites. Spread into a pan and bake.

After baking, prick the cake all over with a fork. Pour the milk mixture all over. Top with a whipped topping.
