Toss the avocado sauce on cooked pasta until coated. You might find it's helpful to add some hot pasta water to the sauce if it needs a little thinning, so reserve that water when you strain the pasta.
If desired, toss the shrimp with olive oil, salt, pepper and chili powder and roast until cooked. Pour in some tequila into the pan after roasting and serve on the pasta.
