Combine sugar, water and mint sprigs in a saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat until the mixture is near boiling. Periodically stir to dissolve the sugar. Allow mixture to steep and cool.

Add the hulled strawberries to a blender with water. Blend until the strawberries are nice and smooth like so.
