Orange juice Dried figs Cinnamon sticks Ground cloves Fresh sage Champagne Sugar Ground cinnamon
In a small saucepan, add the orange juice, cinnamon sticks, dried figs, sage leaves and cloves. Bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to steep.
Strain the spice orange juice in a fine-mesh sieve, pressing down on the figs to release any orange juice, and refrigerate until chilled.
For a cinnamon-sugar rim, mix together the cinnamon and sugar on a small plate. On another small plate, add water and dip the rim into the water. Swirl the rim in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Add the infused orange juice to each Champagne flute. Top with chilled Champagne. Take a sip and enjoy this festive Thanksgiving cocktail.
