TRUFFLE WHITE BAKED ZITI

Ingredients

Butter Panko Ziti Mushrooms Ricotta Parmesan Egg Garlic Flour Milk Cream Dijon Cheese Truffle oil

Melt butter in a large skillet. Add the mushrooms. Cook until they brown. Remove the mushrooms from the skillet and set aside. While they cook, stir together ricotta, Parmesan and egg.

Add garlic. Whisk in the flour. Continue to whisk constantly for three to five minutes to cook out the flour flavor and create a smooth mixture.

Pour in milk and heavy cream. Stir in Dijon mustard and a pinch of nutmeg. Turn off heat and stir in shredded cheese and truffle oil. Stir pasta and mushrooms into the cheese sauce.

Layer the pasta with the ricotta filling in a baking dish. Top with toasted panko crumbs and more shredded cheese. Bake until nice and bubbly.
