WAGYU BURGERS

Ingredients

Wagyu ground beef Salt Black pepper Garlic powder Onion powder Smoked paprika Cheese slices Burger buns Favorite toppings

Divide the Wagyu ground beef into four even-shaped balls. Form the balls into burger patties. You can use your hands on a burger press.

Using your thumb, make an indention in the center of the burger patties. This helps the burger patties better hold their shape while grilling.

Stir together the salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder and onion powder. Sprinkle the seasoning on the burger patties.

Place the burger patties on greased grill grates and cook the burgers on one side with the lid closed.

Carefully flip the burger patties to cook them on the other side. If desired, add a slice of your favorite cheese toward the end of the cooking process.
