Sparkling Pomegranate Martini

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Citrus juicer
  • Jigger or small measuring cup

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces pomegranate juice
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce Grand Marnier or orange liqueur
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • ½ lime juiced
  • Ice
  • Splash of ginger ale
  • Orange twist optional, for garnish
  • Rosemary sprig optional, for garnish
  • Pomegranate arils optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, add the pomegranate juice, vodka, Grand Marnier, simple syrup, lime juice and a handful of ice.
  • Put on the top and shake vigorously until cold, about 30 seconds. 
  • Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass. Top with a splash of ginger ale and gently stir. If desired, garnish with an orange twist, rosemary sprig and pomegranate arils. Enjoy!
