Ingredients
Coarse sea salt and sugarfor salted rim
1lime wedgecut with a slit in the middle, for salted rim
¼cuppeachesdiced
¼cupraspberries
2ouncestequila
1ounceRaspberry Peach Grand Marnieruse standard Grand Marnier if this variety isn't available
1ouncefreshly squeezed lime juiceabout 1 lime
½ouncesimple syruppreferably homemade

Lime wheel, peach slices and raspberriesfor garnish, optional
Instructions
On a small plate, mix together sea salt and sugar. Run the lime slice around the rim of your glass and dip it into the salt-sugar mixture. Set aside.
In a blender, process peaches and raspberries until smooth. If you want to remove the raspberry seeds, push the puree through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl. You can skip this step if you don't mind seeds.
Add purée, tequila, Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach, lime juice, simple syrup and a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker. Put on the lid and shake vigorously for about 15-30 seconds. Replace the cocktail shaker top with a Hawthorne strainer and strain into prepared glass. If desired, garnish with a lime wheel, peach slice and fresh raspberries. Enjoy!
Notes
If making your own simple syrup, simmer the 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir frequently to dissolve the sugar. As soon as the sugar dissolves, remove from heat.
