Pull-Apart Brisket Sliders

When you need an easy party appetizer that’s perfect for game day, you’ll turn to these pull-apart brisket sliders every time! Buttery brioche buns are stuffed with chopped brisket, smoked cheddar and your favorite BBQ sauce and then baked until they’re warm with gooey melted cheese on the inside and perfectly toasted on the outside. Plus, these BBQ brisket sliders only require about 15 quick minutes of hands-on preparation time and five simple ingredients.

Equipment

  • 9-inch-by-13-inch baking dish
  • Aluminum foil

Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 2 ¼ cups shredded or chopped brisket
  • 2 cups grated smoked cheddar
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Leaving the rolls intact, slice the slider buns in half if they're not already sliced. Place the bottom halves of the sliders in a 9-inch-by-13-inch baking dish.
  • Spread the brisket on top of the buns. Sprinkle with the smoked cheddar cheese.
  • Spread the BBQ sauce onn the top half of the slider buns. Place the bun tops on the sliders. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and then bake for another five minutes.
  • Brush the sliders with melted butter. Enjoy!
