Notes
For an eight serving pitcher: Add 2 cups raspberry purée, 2 cups vodka and ½ cup lime juice to a pitcher. Stir, cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Right before serving, stir again. Add about ½ cup raspberry-vodka mixture per drink to a copper mug with ice. Top with 6 ounces ginger beer for each drink and gently stir.
To make raspberry purée, blend 6 ounces raspberries with ¼ cup water until smooth. This should yield about ¾ cup for approximately three drinks.
