Notes

8-serving shaken passion fruit daiquiri pitcher recipe: Stir together 2 cups passion fruit purée, 2 cups white rum, 1 cup lime juice and 1 cup simple syrup. Cover and refrigerate up to a day. When ready to serve, stir the pitcher well, pour 6 ounces per drink into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake as you would. For a pitcher of frozen daiquiris, simply scale up as much as your blender can hold.
  • If you prefer a more tart cocktail, you can use ½ ounce simple syrup.
  • Pitaya offers a frozen passion fruit purée that comes in little cubes. I recommend it for ease of measuring and blending.
