Nothing elevates a party like a good seafood dish. These recipes all make for an impressive meal. Here, you'll find a combination of both fish and shellfish recipes that everyone will love.

For a delicious starter, my beer mussels and crab cake sliders are a delight, and as a main course, I especially love my slow-roasted blood orange salmon. And, of course, you can't go wrong with my Maine-style lobster roll or Connecticut-style lobster BLT when you need something delicious but simple.
